Utah on highest state of emergency

Utah has moved to its highest state of emergency as the coronavirus pandemic continues. 

Department of Public Safety Commissioner Jess Anderson says the Level One emergency triggers a major disaster declaration with the federal government in order to get more resources to the state. 

That would include personal protective equipment for healthcare workers, among other things.
