A Utah man with a history of threats against government officials is facing charges after allegedly sending a letter threatening to disrupt Pioneer Day.

Anthony Seven is facing a charge of making a threat of terrorism connected to a letter he delivered to the governor's office in early March.

Charging documents say Seven wrote that he would retaliate for government treason on July 24th breaking glass windows along 100 South during the Pioneer Day Parade.

The letter also allegedly said that Seven had threatened to kill multiple public officials, including former Presidents Clinton, Bush and Obama.
