Southeast Utah enacts new coronavirus rules

Health officials in Southeast Utah have enacted new rules to prevent the spread of COVID-19. 

The health department has closed all public gathering places like movie theaters, gyms and live performance venues in Carbon, Emery, and Grand counties. 

Customers can still order food at restaurants using drive-through and curbside pickup. 

Officials also included a travel advisory discouraging everyone in the area from traveling outside of their communities unless necessary.
