Summit County officials are searching for a missing hunter who disappeared yesterday.

Sheriff's deputies say 69-year-old Carl Crumrine of West Virginia was with a group in the Lyman Lake area of the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest.

According to deputies, Carl broke from his party early yesterday morning, but did not return to camp after sunset.

He is described as a white man, standing at five-foot-ten, weighing 240 pounds with gray hair and blue eyes.

He should be wearing a camo shirt, coat and pants with a hunter orange vest.
