A woman charged with participating in the attempted murder of a man who was severely beaten with a mini-sledge hammer reached a plea deal with prosecutors and will testify against her co-defendant. 21 year old Sasha Davis is scheduled for a sentencing hearing Jan. 22. As part of her deal, prosecutors will drop the first-degree felony count of attempted murder and a class A misdemeanor for drug possession according to Deputy Washington County Attorney Jerry Jaeger. Felony charges of aggravated robbery, aggravated kidnapping, aggravated assault and a misdemeanor for tampering with evidence remain.
