Utah public schools now have a record number of minority students.  A new report released yesterday from the state's Board of Education found that 26 percent of all students in the state's K-12 public schools are minorities, and the majority of those students are Hispanic.  Roughly 75-hundred new students came into the school system last year, and 61 percent of those students were minorities.  That growth rate is down a bit from previous years, but school officials say they are celebrating the increase in diversity.
