A Utah man may face charges for discharging a fire extinguisher near a man who was smoking outside the Gallivan Center.

Video from the confrontation appears to show a man named Jon Snow smoking a cigarette while taking a break during the Urban Arts Festival.

Snow's attorney, Rakay Michael, said her client was sprayed in the face with chemicals from the fire extinguisher and that he wants the man responsible to be held accountable.

Salt Lake City police say they are investigating the case and could seek misdemeanor assault charges against the restaurant owner.

Michael said her client is experiencing negative health effects from being sprayed in the face.
