If you were worried about getting your tax return back, things should be moving along again. Internal Revenue Service workers in Ogden are being called back to work for the upcoming tax season.  One-thousand employees will be going back to work on Monday.  They still won't get paid, but they're slated to get back pay after the government opens again.  Some people have asked Jenny Brown, president of Chapter 67 of the National Treasury Employees Union, if it's legal for I-R-S employees to work without pay. She says it is, according to the I-R-S.
