With winter driving conditions on the way, the Utah Highway Patrol is urging drivers to slow down. Just yesterday a car lost control in Box Elder County and almost hit a trooper.  The UHP says the trooper had pulled over to help with traffic control after a crash on Interstate 15 near Willard.  The trooper heard a car sliding toward him and managed to jump over a concrete barrier before that vehicle crashed into the back of his SUV.  The highway patrol says too many drivers are traveling too fast for the road conditions after investigating more than 130 accidents yesterday.
