Utah Congressman Wants to Combat Socialism in the U.S.

A Utah congressman wants to combat socialism in the United States, and he's formed a group to do it.

Representative Chris Stewart told lawmakers Monday he's forming a panel to stop the enactment of socialist laws and policies.

In support of his Anti-Socialism Caucus, Steward cited a poll showing 53-percent of American millennials favor a socialist society over a capitalist one.

That's compared with only 25-percent of Americans over age 55 who favor socialism.
