A truck pulling a tanker caught on fire on I-15 near Cover Fort Wednesday morning.  Officials say the tanker and pump were climbing a hill on I-15 Southbound at MM 136 at about 8:15 a.m. when it  started on fire. The driver was able to get out with no injuries and authorities say there were no injuries reported. Police say the tanker was filled with 2693 of Sodium Dioxide which was cause for an inhalation hazard requiring a half mile radius evacuation. Hazmat out of Richfield and UDOT were notified. The fire fully engulfed the tractor and first trailer and fire crews were on scene and working to prevent loss of the cargo, according to officials.  One lane  on I-15 is now opened. Officials say a possible alternative route are I-70 and SR50.  The fire has been put out and crews are working on getting lanes open.
