U.S. Army pilot killed in afganistan to be buried in Utah

The funeral for a U.S. Army pilot killed in Afganistan will be held today in Brigham City.

Sister-in-law Melissa Norman said her family has been overwhelmed by the show of support they've been given since the death of Chief Warrant Officer Takeshi Fuchigami, Jr., on November 20th.

Fuchigami died while providing helicopter support and security for ground troops.

Fuchigami was a native of Hawaii, but his wife McKenzie is from the Brigham City area, so he will be buried there.

The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. and the public is invited to attend.
