The University of Utah's campus police chief says there are things he would change, if he could turn back the clock on the murder of student athlete Lauren McCluskey. On Thursday Chief Dale Brophy said  he thinks things could have been done more quickly, after he listened to a tape of a call made by Lauren's parents to a campus dispatcher. It revealed the dispatcher was slow to follow up with appropriate questions.
