Two Arrested In Massage Parlor Prostitution Sting

Two women are facing charges in Saint George after a prostitution sting at a massage parlor.  Investigators say an undercover operation revealed Zinggai Li offered an officer sex acts during a massage at Japan Massage on East Saint George Boulevard.  Police arrested the 34-year-old earlier this month for operating a massage parlor without a license and sexual solicitation.  Police also arrested Dongqin Zhang for operating without a license though they say she denied offering sex acts at the parlor.
