Tour of Utah Underway in St.George

The annual Tour of Utah got underway this morning in St.George. The prologue of the race, a more than three mile stage took place on Red Hills Parkway. Kevin Lewis, Director of Tourism for Washington County, talking with KDXU told us that this event is another chance to showcase our beautiful area.
Stage One tomorrow will travel 101 miles from Cedar City to Payson. The race will travel through Salt Lake City Friday and finish in Park City next Sunday.
