One of the survivors of a crash right on the Mexican side of the San Ysidro Border Crossing claims law enforcement isn't telling the whole story.

Summer Barber says she and her boyfriend, Frank Stricker, were just trying to get away from a large crowd of people which had surrounded their truck.

Barber claims Stricker did all he could to avoid hitting people with their vehicle earlier this week and told people to get out of the way.

Mexican police say Stricker hit multiple people and have charged him with attempted homicide.

Court records in Utah say the 29-year-old was driving on a suspended license.

Summer Barber says her boyfriend, Frank Stricker, wasn't trying to hurt anyone on the Mexican side of the San Ysidro Border Crossing.
