St. George Man Charged With Identification Fraud

A St. George man charged with identification fraud and 30 counts of forgery has been arrested.  Agents with the Utah Attorney General's Secure Strike Force were tipped off that 39-year-old Francisco Daniel Partida Soto was making fake IDs and residence cards.  Soto was busted when an undercover agent bought a forged Social Security card and a Green Card from him.
