Former Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney is disputing a claim that he lost the 2012 election because he didn't campaign enough. The Utah Senate candidate tells the Deseret News that he made mistakes during the 2012 campaign but a lack of focus was not one of them. Romney was countering a claim allegedly made by President Trump that appears in Bob Woodard's new book Fear. Trump reportedly told aides that Romney spent too much time planning his transition to the White House and not enough time campaigning.
