Report of a Small Plane Down Northeast of Washington County ‘Update’

Emergency crews responded to a small plane crash Friday.

Federal Aviation Administration officials said Piper PA-12 aircraft flipped over while attempting to land on a snow-packed private airstrip about 30 miles northeast of St. George.

Authorities said two people were on board the aircraft and there were no injuries reported.
