A red flag warning goes into effect at noon today for all of southern Utah. Forecasters with the National Weather Service issued the warning with winds expected to gust up to 30 miles per hour. The N-W-S says that, combined with humidity sitting around ten percent, any fires that start outdoors could spread very quickly. Winds are expected to die down late today and into early tomorrow.
