Pilot Makes Hard Landing on Sidewalk

Police in West Jordan are saying a pilot made a hard landing on a sidewalk on New Bingham Highway near the soccer fields on Tuesday morning  According to West Jordan Police Officer Scott List the plane landed on New Bingham Highway near 4400 West. The landing happened just after 11.  The plane is a Piper single engine plane built in 1968.  Police said the pilot was not injured.
