New Airline Coming to St.George

A new airline is coming to St.George. Rich Stehmeier St.George Airport Manager talking with KDXU said that Allegiant Airlines will be starting service from St.George to Mesa Gateway Airport in Arizona.  The new service will begin on November 9th and will be flying twice per week Mondays and Fridays.  The airline will be flying either an Airbus 319 or 320. The Airbus 310 carries up to 155 passengers while the Airbus 320 carries 177 to 180 passengers, depending on the configuration. Stehmeier said that it should increase the traffic especially on Mondays and Fridays.
