Misconduct in Utah Legislature

Records from the Utah Legislature show allegations of sexual harassment or misconduct against two lawmakers over the past decade.  The information came to light the result of an Associated Press request for public records.  The records showed that the lawmakers were counseled about their behavior, but did not name them.  No Utah state lawmakers have resigned or been removed from legislative positions over the past year b ecause of sexual harassment or misconduct allegations.
