Medical marijuana will be legal in the State of Utah.  Voters approved Proposition Two last night by a 53-to-47-percent margin.  The victory for cannabis advocates comes as state lawmakers have been working behind the scenes to create a system that would allow patients to receive marijuana.  Governor Gary Herbert is expected to call the Legislature into a special session to pass that legislation before the end of the year.
