An 18-year-old man shot and killed by an Ogden police officer Tuesday after brandishing a weapon was armed with a BB gun.  Armed robbery suspect Anthony Ray Borden-Cortez led detectives on a chase in a stolen S-U-V, crashing into 2 civilian cars and a police car before coming to a stop.  As officers approached, Borden-Cortez raised a BB gun which they say looked like a rifle, and one of the officers shot him.  They gave him medical help at the scene, but he died later at McKay-Dee Hospital.
