Man Dead After Falling off of Jeep

A man is dead after he fell off the back of a Jeep Monday. It happened around 10:30 a.m. Monday. Utah Highway Patrol said a silver Jeep Wrangler was westbound on SR-153 near milepost 21. There were two passengers standing on a homemade rack on the back of the Jeep. They were bow hunting mule deer.
