Man Arrested In St. George Woman’s Murder

A man is behind bars accused of murdering a woman in her Saint George apartment.  Police arrested Kevin Mcatlin over the weekend in Moab after finding Elizabeth Carter dead in her North Bluff Street apartment last week.  Investigators with Saint George police haven't released much information about Carter's death or a possible motive for Mcatlin.  He remains behind bars in the Washington County jail with no bail set.
