Lt. Governor upping ante in his race for Governor

Lieutenant Governor Spencer Cox is upping the ante as he begins his race for the governor's seat.

In a video announcement, Cox said he intends to make a stop in all 248 cities and towns in Utah during his campaign.

Cox also says he and his wife, Abby, plan to do service projects during those visits, and asks residents to submit ideas to them online.
