(Las Vegas, NV)  --  A federal judge is dismissing the case against a Nevada rancher and his sons over accusations of leading an armed revolt against the government.  Cliven Bundy and his sons were accused of conspiracy, assault, and a host of other charges for the 2014 standoff over a roundup of his cattle from public lands.  A judge in Las Vegas said there was prosecutorial misconduct in the case and dismissed the case "with prejudice," which means they can't be tried again.
