Some residents of a southwest Utah city are calling their leaders humbugs for failing to put up any Christmas decorations this year.  Some people in Ivins have written to the press to complain that the city seems to be without Christmas spirit due to the lack of decorations.  City staffers say many of the city's decorations burned up in a fire earlier this year and could not be immediately replaced.  The city also chose to use insurance money that would have gone toward replacing the decorations to expand the city cemetery.  Staffers hope to put Christmas lights on the front of the city building sometime soon.
