A Utah health teacher who allegedly shot her ex-husband's girlfriend in front of two children has been charged with aggravated murder.  Thirty-two-year-old Chelsea Watrous Cook was admitted into her ex-husband's apartment after saying she had medicine for the children, then allegedly shot 26-year-old Lisa Vilate Williams three times.  Cook is being held in the Salt Lake County Jail, and she could get the death penalty.
