Ground Beef Recalled

Nearly 100-thousand-pounds of ground beef is being recalled because of possible E. coli contamination.  The USDA says the recall affects bulk ground beef sold by Swift Beef out of Utah.  The beef was sent to distributors and would be used in California, Nevada, Oregon, Utah and Washington.  There have been no confirmed reports of illness from anyone eating the beef.
