Governor Signs Bill Making Adultery and Sodomy Legal Between Consenting Adults

Utah's Governor Gary Herbert is making adultery and sodomy legal between consenting adults.

House Bill 40, signed by Herbert on Monday, strikes the misdemeanor of Offenses Against the Family from Utah's code.

The bill was sponsored by Representative Paul Ray of Clearfield.
