Governor Herbert Defies Voters Who Approved Obamacare Program

Governor Gary Herbert is defying voters who approved an Obamacare program in November to expand Medicaid.

Under the new plan, which Herbert signed Monday, restrictions on the health coverage program will insure 60-thousand fewer people than the original Obamacare expansion.

The new program will also cost Utah tens of millions more dollars.
