A woman could spend up to 45 years in prison for her role in the kidnapping and death of a Santa Clara man. Tammy Freeman was sentenced in a Saint George courtroom yesterday nearly two years after David Heisler was taken from his home and found dead almost two months later in a remote area of Arizona. She was sentenced on aggravated kidnapping, aggravated burglary and vehicle theft charges. One co-defendant in the case, Francis McCard, is scheduled for sentencing in July while another, Kelley Perry, will be back in court in May.
