Former DHHS Coach Accused Of Stalking

(St. George, UT)  --  The Desert Hills High School football coach fired in January is accused of stalking a player.  The parents of a player who asked to transfer from the program accuse Carl Franke of driving past their house on numerous occasions.  The family filed a stalking injunction against Franke in court earlier this week.  School officials did not say why Franke was let go in January.
