Former Counselor Accused Of Sex With Student Waives Preliminary Hearing

The former teacher accused of having sex with a student in her Washington County home will be arraigned next month.  Heidi Tasso waived her preliminary hearing in court yesterday.  Investigators say Tasso sexually assaulted a then 17-year-old Millcreek High School student in 2008 at her home.  She's facing a charge of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor in the case.
