Deputies in Iron County enter high speed chase and foot pursuit after spotting a stolen car.

Early this morning (Monday) Iron county Deputies located the stolen car on I-15 headed south. When deputies tried to make a traffic stop the vehicle fled. Police say during the chase the suspect reached speeds up to 120 miles per hour. The vehicle exited the freeway at Parowan then went off the road a short time later. The occupants of the vehicle 24 year old Tatiana Chavez and 33 year old Gabriel Lopez both fled on foot. K-9 Units were deployed and the two were apprehended within a half of a mile from where the car ran off the road. Both are facing multiple charges including charges related to drugs and receiving stolen property.
