Congressman Stewart Faces Criticism on Khashoggi’s Murder

Republican Congressman Chris Stewart is facing criticism over the defense he gave to President Trump's response in the death of journalist Jamal Khashoggi.  During an appearance on CNN yesterday, Stewart seemingly shrugged off Saudi Arabia's alleged involvement in Khashoggi's murder, saying the U.S. has to be involved with countries it doesn't agree with.  He then went on to say that "journalists disappear all over the country," and cited other nations where reporters have been killed recently.
