Cedar City Will Go Ahead With Eminent Domain To Complete Sewer Project

Cedar City will go ahead with a plan of using eminent domain to finish a sewer project.  The city followed the recommendation made by the city attorney last month in making its decision Wednesday.  All but one property owner have agreed to give the city access to complete the three-point-six million dollar project.  City officials say any changes could make the project much more expensive.
