Cedar City officials may have to resort to eminent domain to move forward with a sewer line extension project.  City council was told by the city attorney to at least think about using eminent domain to take the last remaining piece of land needed for the three-point-six-million-dollar project.  One property owner has reportedly refused to grant an easement and any change on the path of the project could increase the costs by a million dollars.
