Cautions Involving Live Christmas Trees

Experts are asking people who buy live Christmas trees this year to inspect them before bringing them home.  The Utah Department of Agriculture and Food says live trees can carry gypsy moths and pine shoot beetles, and then they invade homes and yards.  Insect Program Manager Kris Watson says many tree vendors have documentation that their trees comply with the law.
