Go Fund Me Page Set Up for Snowmobiler Brad Stapley Killed in Avalanche

Rescue Crews searching in Piute County for a missing snowmobiler caught in an avalanche have reported that they have located the body of the missing man.  He has been identified as 41 year old Brad Stapley of St. George.

Authorities have confirmed he is deceased.

Sergeant Glen Woolsey says two people on snowmobiles were in the bowl area on Circleville Mountain when the avalanche hit.

A man riding behind the first two said one of the snowmobilers got out from under the snow and waved at him.

The second snowmobiler was reportedly buried in the avalanche.

Search and rescue crews located Stapley's body late Friday morning. The 41-year-old is the father of six children.
