BLM Taking Public Comment On Possible Trailhead Parking Lot Renovation

The Bureau of Land Management wants to hear from the public regarding a possible renovation of the Lava Ridge Trailhead.  Officials are considering adding up to 20 parking spots at the trailhead along with an information kiosk and replacing a wooden fence.  B-L-M is taking public comment through the beginning of next week and says construction on the project could be finished by October of 2018.
