Kane County Law Enforcement Searching for One of Their Own

Law enforcement in Kane County are asking for help in locating one of their own search and rescue team members.

According to a post on the Kane County Search and Rescue Facebook page, Paul Torgersen hasn't been seen since Saturday after he left his home around 2 p.m.

He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a camping coat. He is believed to be in his Silver 2006 Toyota Corolla.

Deputies said Torgersen has medical issues but did not take his medication. His phone was pinged out of the area but law enforcement was not able to locate any leads in that area.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Torgersen is asked to call Kane County Sheriff's Office at 435-644-2668 or 911.
