The man accused of accidentally causing the Brian Head Fire while burning weeds on his property pleads not guilty. Robert Lyman’s lawyer entered a not guilty plea on a reckless burning charge in a Saint George court room yesterday. The fire sparked back in June after authorities say the 61-year old used a weed torch on his property and flames grew out of control. It ultimately burned more than 70-thousand acres and destroyed 13 homes. Lyman faces up to a year in jail if convicted. Over the weekend, Bryan Burr died while directing straw mulch drops on the burn scar.
